Please call us (937-452-5505) before placing your order if you have any questions. Also make sure you have selected the correct vehicle.
Orders usually ship out the same day if placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time(except holidays). We ship via UPS ground and offer this FREE to the lower 48 states on many items. If you prefer a different carrier, please let us know in the comment box when placing your order.
You will be notified by email if the item(s) ordered are temporarily out of stock or backordered. If you wish to cancel that order you MUST CALL 937-452-5505, otherwise it will remain on order. We will not accept cancellations by email, voicemail, or fax.
Items returned must be received within 15 days of purchase. YOU MUST CALL US TO RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM. All items must have an RMA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs. All returns require a 15% restocking fee and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued. Preble Diesel Performance does not accept returns on used items, custom painted products, or items shipped via freight truck. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part. Preble Diesel Performance will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Orders placed using Paypal will be inspection before any credit is issued. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus credit card processing fees, only if item(s) have not been shipped. Once item(s) are shipped, order is considered completed.
